The exact scope of services will be defined in the proposal, agreement, or invoice shared with the client.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have legal authority to enter into agreements

• You are providing accurate and lawful business information

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule

• Advance payment may be mandatory

• Late or non-payment may result in service suspension

• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and access credentials

• Ensuring content is legal, original, and copyright-free

• Timely approvals and responses

We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side inaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, reports, and materials created by MS Creatix Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

MS Creatix Studio shall not be liable for:

• Business losses or revenue fluctuations

• Platform policy changes (Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.)

• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments are delayed

• Illegal or unethical activities are involved

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
