Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of payment or purchase.
  • After 48 hours, payments, credits, and service fees become non-refundable.
  • Only unused service value, unused credits, or advance payments may qualify for refunds.
  • Application rental fees, setup charges, platform usage fees, subscription usage duration, and operational costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Processing time for refund review may take 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited  up to 15 business days to reflect in the same mode of  payment method.
  • Valid proof of payment and transaction details are mandatory for refund processing.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following services and situations are strictly non-refundable:

  • WhatsApp Marketing Services
  • Meta Ads or Google Ads ad spend
  • Subscribe
  • Social
  • Lead generation campaigns already launched
  • Domain registration, hosting, third-party software, APIs, or external platform charges
  • Promotional credits, bonus credits, or goodwill credits
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations

We do not guarantee:

Client Respons

The client remains fully responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Sales conversion
  • Customer communication
  • Product/service quality
  • Inventory management
  • Pricing decisions
  • Customer support and fulfillment

MS CREATIX shall not be responsible for losses caused by:

  • Poor customer handling
  • Delayed follow-up
  • Product/service issues
  • Account restrictions by Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or third-party platforms
  • Market fluctuates
  • Technical downtime from third-party services

Any estimated results, projections, analytics, or growth expectations shared by MS CREATIX are based on previous campaign trends and market analysis only and shall not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

Maximum Liability Limitation

Under no circumstances shall MS CREATIX’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the previous 30 days.

MS CREATIX shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential losses
  • Profit loss
  • Revenue loss
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Reputation

Account Closure Policy

Clients may request account closure at any time by contacting MS CREATIX support.

Important Seasonings

  • Unused balances or credits may be forfeited after account closure unless a valid refund request is submitted within the eligible refund window.
  • Pending dues, unpaid invoices, ad spend balances, or outstanding payments must be cleared before account closure.
  • Access to dashboards, campaigns, reports, automation systems, and associated services may be permanently restricted after closure.
  • Customers are advised to back up all important creatives, reports, campaign data, invoices, and business information before closure.
  • MS CREATIX is not responsible for any loss of business, service interruption, or data loss after closure completion.
  • Account-related data may be permanently deleted after 90 days in accordance with our retention and privacy policies.

Suspension & Termination Rights

MS CREATIX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in:

  • Spam activities
  • Fake promotions
  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent usage
  • Abusive behavior
  • Payment disputes
  • Unauthorized activities
  • Misuse of services

Data Retention & Privacy

Certain transaction records, invoices, billing history, and compliance-related information may be securely retained by MS CREATIX for legal, taxation, security, and regulatory purposes.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
